Issue Summary
Despite being able to create completely Japanese/non-latin spaces in the normal space creation experience, you cannot progress the welcome experience without some latin characters in the space name. This is not a suitable experience for Japanese/Chinese/Korean and other non-latin script countries.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a new Confluence instance
- Enter テスト as the space key when prompted
- Try to progress to the next step of the welcome experience
Expected Results
You can create the space and continue the welcome experience
Actual Results
You receive an error message saying space names must have non-latin characters to proceed
Workaround
You can rename the space after it's been created by visiting the Space settings page.
