Issue Summary

With smaller screen resolutions or smaller browser windows, the Date Macro is cut off and it's not possible to scroll up to see the top of the macro (if the macro is at the top of the page). 

With the regular macro browser, it appears cut off, yet it's possible to scroll around within the window: 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new page in the New Editing Experience.
2. Insert the Date Macro (typing // as the shortcut)
3. Reduce the browser window size until the macro is cut off.

Expected Results

Date macro should either appear like this, or provide the user the ability to scroll up to see the entire macro in order to select a date.

Workaround

If the window is large enough, placing another date macro further down on the page will allow for selection.
