Excerpt Include macro not working in Edit mode

Issue Summary

The macro Excerpt Include is no longer displayed in the Fabric Editor. This makes editing very difficult. This also affects existing pages with the Excerpt Include macro. Open these in the editor and the macro will display with a blue thin line and it will be invisible when editing the page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new page or edit existing
2. Add an Excerpt macro to a page
3. Add an Excerpt Include macro to include the Excerpt on step 2
4. Publish the page
5. Edit the page

Expected Results

Once you save the Excerpt Include macro you expect to see the excerpt displayed in the editor.

Actual Results

The excerpt shows a thin blue line into existence and it is gone after a few seconds or editing the page. If the user Published the page, the excerpt is displayed correctly. But open the editor again and the macro is invisible and cannot be edited.

Workaround

You can select the Excerpt Include macro by using the keyboard arrows to navigate through where the macro is, and the macro options will be displayed.
