[CONFCLOUD-68512] Status element with outline style in the New Editor

We utilise a mix of the outline and non-outlined version of the Status as part of our ISO-27001 implementation in Confluence. We will not be able to migrate pages created in the legacy editor until this is resolved.

There's now an ellipsis on longer status which hides crucial information for us on some pages. Looks like its now limited to 24 chars, and after that the ellipsis appears, see in the example attached below.

This behavior seems new with the updated editor, and blocks us from representing crucial info at times.

Please feel free to move to a separate bug.
