When editing a draft offline connecting to the internet and clicking the close button loses draft content

Issue Summary

If a user starts editing a draft while online and then goes offline, going back online and clicking the close button loses all draft content.

Steps to Reproduce

1. While connected to an active internet, create a new page
2. While on the editor, enter device into offline mode (disable WiFi or LAN connection)
3. Enter any words on the page while offline.
4. Switch to an active connection and click "Close"

Expected Results

The offline draft content is saved

Actual Results

The offline draft is lost

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
