Summary

• Previously, when a new user is added, the Profile Default Language will be set to Automatically detect browser setting

• Now, when a new user is added, the Profile Default Language will be set to English (US) and doesn't respect the Global Default Language set.

• It seems that all users who used Automatically detect browser setting on their profile was automatically changed to English (US)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Ensure that your browser language is set to English (UK)
2. Create a new instance and set the General Default Language to English (UK)
3. Add a new user, the user's browser language is set to English (UK)
4. Ask the new user to check his/her Profile Default Language

Expected Results

Previously, when a new user is added, the Profile Default Language will be set to Automatically detect browser setting

Actual Results

When a new user is added, the Profile Default Language will be set to English (US) and doesn't respect the Global Default Language set.

It seems that all users who used Automatically detect browser setting on their profile was automatically changed to English (US)

Workaround

Manually change the Profile Default language to the desired Language
