Issue Summary

When importing a word document that contains big images, the import will fail. Admins have no option to increase this size.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a word document
2. Add a large image in the document. Bigger than 900 x 1200 pixels
3. Import the word document into Confluence
4. An error message is returned to contact the administrator.

Expected Results

The administrator should have the option to increase the size limit.

Actual Results

Administrators have no option increase the limit

Workaround

Contact Atlassian support to increase the limit.
