Issue Summary

• variables inside of certain macros show up as inlineextensions
• [small additional fix] make dropdowns fit the size of the largest text item

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a template
2. Insert a variable inside of one of the following macros: an excerpt, detail summary/page properties summary.
3. Publish the template
4. Create a page from the template
5. Wizard is shown

Expected Results

• The wizard would show the input fields

 Actual Results

• The input field shows as [InlineExtension] inside of certain macros.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
