Issue Summary

A page with Table of Contents macro, when export to Word, the links in the table of contents does not work in Word. For reference, the links work fine when exported to PDF.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page with Table of Contents macro, and with multiple lines of content as headers
2. Export to Word
3. Open the Word document and try to navigate through the document via the table of content links

Expected Results

Able to navigate to different sections of the Word document using the table of content links

Actual Results

Does not work

Links in Table of Contents work in PDF exports

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
