      Problem Definition

      Confluence Administrators would like to globally apply 24 hour/military time to all of their Users when using Team Calendars for Confluence when adding Calendar Events

      Team Calendars can be configured to globally display in 24hr while in viewing Events on the Calendar View, however, this does not change the Time format used when a User inputs the time for their Calendar Event

      Suggested Solution

      Include an option that will allow Confluence Admins to enable either 12 hour AM/PM or 24 hour/military time as a Default for their Users when adding Calendar Events

      Workaround

      Individual Users can update their User Profile Settings (access id.atlassian.com > Profile Picture > Manage your account > Account Preferences) and change their language from English (US) to English (UK) to display the time in Create Event to be in 24 hour/military time format
