No margin on the first row of a table on the legacy editor

Issue Summary

Recently, when creating a new table on the legacy editor, the first row will have no right-margin on view mode.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page on the legacy editor
2. Add a table
3. Fill it with text
4. Publish the page

Expected Results

The first column should have a little margin

Actual Results

The text is right-aligned without any margin to the table's borders:

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
