Issue Summary

When inserting the Chart macro in a template and then, tapping the Preview button to see its rendering, the macro will give the following messages depending on which editor you are using:

Cannot find page with content id: 0

Or, on the new editor:

Failed to get macro details

Steps to Reproduce

1. In Confluence, either go to Global templates and Blueprints or in a space Content tools > Templates.
2. Make sure to edit an existing template or create a new one and insert the Chart macro to the template.
3. Tap the Preview button

Expected Results

The preview should render the macro and the details of the chart.

Actual Results

The preview displays one of the following messages:

Notes

The page is properly created with the template and the chart works fine.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
