Automatically link jira issues on the new editor

Problem Definition

On the legacy editor, if an issue key was typed to the page, it was automatically converted to a link to the issue upon publishing the page (on a Confluence space linked to a Jira project).

This feature is not available on the new editor.

Suggested Solution

Bring this functionality to the new editor.

Workaround

Copy the link to the issue and insert it on the page.
