"Oops, you've made a malformed request" while logging in/navigating on Confluence

      Issue Summary

      When logging in or simply navigating through Confluence pages, some users are receiving the "Oops, you've made a malformed request" message. It is a known issue which we have a public KB, but it is happening with more frequency, lately.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Log in on Confluence or navigate through the site.

      Expected Results

      You are logged in successfully / you navigate as the usual.

      Actual Results

      You receive an "Oops, you've made a malformed request" message suddenly.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
