Issue Summary

On the new editing experience, when a video file is uploaded, after publishing the page it will only be reproducible in the first time you play it right after publishing the page. If you refresh the page, it turns to be a downloadable file.

Environment

• Cloud
• New editing experience

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page;
2. Insert a video file (dragging & drop or using the Files & Images, doesn't matter the way);
3. Publish the page;
4. Reproduce the video;
5. Refresh the page.

Expected Results

After refreshing the page, the video should keep being reproducible.

Actual Results

The video is now an only downloadable file.

Notes

• If you edit the page and add another video file, the published page gets all the videos reproducible again - but for a single time.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
