No comment resolution returned on attachments

Issue Summary

When adding comments in attachments, no comment resolution is returned (take note of the container):

In comparison to pages:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page
2. Add attachment
3. Add comment in attachment
4. Invoke: GET /wiki/rest/api/content/ {id}/child/comment?expand=extensions.resolution and no resolutions are returned. Comment resolutions are returned however for pages

Expected Results

Comment resolutions are returned

Actual Results

No comment resolutions returned

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
