Additional option in the Layouts - New Editing Experience

      The Layouts feature, on the new editing experience, doesn't have an option to add only a section. When adding it, it comes with two sections by default.

      This suggestion aims to insert the option to have only a single section on the Layouts feature:

            I use this feature to develop templates for my team.  This is very helpful in providing a framework for required content and makes it easy to ensure that all information has been provided.  +1 up vote!
