Description
Summary
Able to implement automatic backups of Spaces from Confluence to Google Drive, with the following behavior:
- If a new space is created (for example Project_0001) in Confluence: a directory will be created in a specified path of Google Drive (for example root_of_drive / Documentation / Project_0001).
- If a page is created as a directory of other pages (see screenshot): a subdirectory will be created in Google Drive according to its location in the Confluence Space (see screenshot, for example a subdirectory 'Reports' inside the main directory of the space, it must allow nesting).
- If a page is created in Confluence where info is added on, for example, a Report (see capture report1) or a page with general information (see capture Test Page), a file (PDF?, Word?) Will be created in the directory where the page is located.
- We have currently modified through the tools that Confluence provides us the way in which they are exported to PDF pages of a Space, we would like to:
- When creating a page, it is automatically exported to PDF and saved in Google Drive according to its location in the Confluence Space.
- When updating a page, it is automatically exported to PDF and saved as a new PDF file, keeping the original (control version of the file).
- As is logical, if the structure of the Space is modified it must be replicated in Google Drive (change directory name, delete directory ... etc), it must also be replicated to delete pages.
