Issue Summary
After setting a space as a homepage, going directly to the server base URL such as https://foo.atlassian.net/wiki seems to redirect users to the Activity page: https://foo.atlassian.net/wiki/discover/all-updates\\
Steps to Reproduce
- As an administrator of Confluence, go to Settings > Further configuration and set one of the spaces in Confluence to be the homepage
- Save the configuration
- Access the server base URL directly - https://foo.atlassian.net/wiki
Expected Results
Users will be redirected to the custom homepage.
Actual Results
User is redirected to the "Activity" page.
Notes
Clicking on the site logo will actually redirect the user to the homepage if the user has just accessed the homepage. If the user has recently accessed other pages like "Activity" or "Your Work", using the logo will redirect the same to these pages, as Confluence stores the last section from them in order to be attributed to the logo.
Workaround
- Manually tap the homepage on the sidebar from the dashboard.
- If the user has accessed the new homepage after the other options from the dashboard, tapping the site logo will do the trick.
