Page layout of the new editor should be configurable.

Example- Title and the whole page alignment could be set as 'Left/Right' instead of only 'center' as per the requirement.

Bring back the features on the old layout tool to the New Page Editor, which includes:

Add/remove section
Move section Up/Down
The ability to create one column
