Steps to Reproduce

1. Type "[]" while editing a page using the new editor.
   

Expected Results

• Action Item to be added to the page.

Actual Results

• No item is added, just regular text is displayed.

Notes

• In the old editor just typing "[]" would add an action item to the page

Workaround

• Option 1 - To trigger this shortcut hit space key on your keyboard after typing "[]"
  
• Option 2 - Manually insert an action item from the top menu
