Use case

As I user working in a company with multiple distinct confluence instances, I would like to do perform:

• Cross instance linking
• Cross instance attachment use (i.e. for images)
• Cross instance macro usage
  • Task reporting (Task report macro)
  • Page properties reporting (Page properties report macro)
  • Page tree macro
  • Cross instance page excerpts (Excerpt Include macro)
  • Basically all macros that do report

Precedence

This use case for Jira to Jira, Confluence to Jira and Jira to Confluence is already supported as all these cases support multiple instances with regards to integration

I have collected already existing questions for this requirement on Atlassian forum under the label confluence-to-confluence-integration
