Description
Issue Summary
Pasting Anchor link in the address bar of the browser does not redirect the user to the precise location of the Anchor IF Page Title or the HyperLink contains even a single alphabet of any language other than English.
(the Anchor and Link exists on the same Page)
Example- прослушиваний OR title-п OR title1 提 OR title2ÄÖÜ etc.
Environment
Confluence Cloud- Old Editor(TinyMCE)
Steps to Reproduce
Step 1- Create a page and the Page Title could be in any language but English (Page Title must contain at least one alphabet of a language other than English).
Step 2- Create Text Link and a respective Anchor. And publish the Page.
Step 3- Click on the Text Link(Associated with an Anchor on the same page) and copy its link address.
Step 4- Paste the copied link address in a browser address bar.
Step 5- The page will reload but not take you (user) to the precise location of the Anchor in the Page.
Expected Results
The user must be redirected to the precise location of the Anchor.
Actual Results
The Page gets reloaded but the user does not get to the precise location of the Anchor.
Workaround
Remove the alphabet from another language(from the title), make sure that the title only contains English alphabets.
