Wiki Markup Macro is disabling Inline Comments

      Issue Summary

      When the Wiki Markup Macro is being used, it disables the Inline Comments in the page.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Insert a Wiki Markup macro to a page
      2. Publish the page;
      3. Try to add am Inline comment.

      Expected Results

      The Inline comment (and "Create Issue" as well) option should appear.

      Actual Results

      The Inline comment (and "Create Issue" as well) option doesn't appear.
