Unable to move page

      Issue Summary

      I tried to move the following page to a new parent

      Environment

      • Pug & Hello
        Steps to Reproduce
      1. Create a new page
      2. Publish page
      3. From menu select Move

      Actual Results

      Page will refresh.  Move dialog is not shown.

      Workaround

      Copy the page, change title, save to new location before publishing
