Issue Summary

Currently, when you trying to restrict a group with a capital letter for instance "Test1", Confluence page restriction auto-populated the group to lower letter and the restricted page disappear from the page tree.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a group and name it with a capital letter at the beginning for instance "Test1"
2. Create a page and restrict the page to "Test1"
3. Noticed that "test1" is auto-populated in the page restriction.
4. The page disappear from the page tree.

Expected Results

Page showing in the page tree.

Actual Results

The restricted page disappears from the page tree.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
