Issue Summary

The profile picture of a deleted user is still showing in the last contributors list of a page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a least two users with a profile picture editing a page
2. Delete one of the user from the site

Expected Results

The deleted user's profile picture wouldn't show in the page's last contributors list, and it would show an empty circle indicating a former user.

Actual Results

The profile picture of the deleted user still shows up in the list.

Workaround

None.
