Some Shortcuts in Confluence don't work, or end up interfering with OS's own shortcuts

Current Situation

• Some shortcuts in Confluence either don't work or interfere with OS shortcuts and may be disruptive when trying to use them.
  Two examples of these:

1. B Shortcut - This should be the "Blog" shortcut, but currently when you hit "B" on the keyboard, but nothing happens.
2. Add row above (and below) shortcuts - End up rotating the screen on Windows OS.

Expected Results

1. Shortcuts like B should work as they're a time saver.
2. Shortcuts should be varied and maybe something that does not interfere with user's OS.
