At the moment, there wasn't a way for our customer to gather information from the Cloud server which hosted their applications. It would be beneficial if we could provide the statistics of the reliability/availability of the shards which hosted their applications.

One of the requirements of the customer was:

We are currently building a portal to gather monthly some interesting indicators regarding our Cloud products (including our Atlassian Cloud products). It is to know (on a montly/annualy base for example) their usage, their availability, the performance data related, etc.

It would definitely help them in gathering the indicator in the form of monthly statistics to address their business need.
