Description
Summary
Internal links (to other Confluence pages on the same instance) within Excerpt Include content are not displayed correctly when that page is exported to pdf or word.
Environment
Confluence Cloud
Fabric Editor
Steps to reproduce
- Create the first page and let the page title include at least one special character. Eg. Use the Norwegian characters æ, ø and å.
- Publish the first page
- Create a second page and add the Excerpt macro
- Enter text into Excerpt macro, including a link to the first page (step 1)
- Publish the second page
- Create the third page
- Insert the Excerpt Include macro and link to the excerpt from the second page (steps 3-5)
- Publish the third page
- Export the third page using either the "Export to pdf" or "Export to word" functions
Expected Result
The link in the excerpt is displayed correctly with the link text in both the pdf and word file.
Actual Result
The link to the page with special characters in the title (see step 1 above) displays the full URL instead of the link text. This renders the exported content unreadable. This puts severe limitations on using Confluence Cloud for Norwegian language content.
