Issue Summary

When a page is updated through the REST API, if there's any paragraph of text missing the <p> </p> tags, this page will become unresponsible while editing it through the UI.

Confluence Cloud

Steps to Reproduce

1. Edit a page through the API and insert some raw text
2. Try to edit the page through the UI

Expected Results

The page should be editable.

Actual Results

The page becomes unresponsive in the editor.

Workaround

Edit the text via API and add the <p> tags as follows: <p> text here </p>
