      Issue Summary

      If the Caps Lock is enabled, the shortcuts CTRL + B, CTRL + I, CTRL + Y, for example, just work in lower case - this behavior is happening only in Google Chrome

      Environment

      • Windows 10
      • Google Chrome

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Access a page and edit it;
      2. Add a sample text;
      3. Hit the Caps Lock keyboard key to get upper case;
      4. Try to format the text using the respective shortcuts to italic/bold/etc.

      Expected Results

      The shortcuts should work and format the text as the expected.

      Actual Results

      The shortcuts don't work and you must disable the Caps Lock or use the shortcut pressing shift with the command.

      Workaround

      Use the shortcut with the Caps Lock key turned off.
