Allow a read-only version of Jira Issues Macro

      The Suggestion

      Currently, in order to get the results of Jira Issues on the Jira Issues Macro, the user needs to have access to the project in question.

      It would be nice to have a way to display the results of those issues in the Jira Issues Macro, for users who don't have access to Jira, or the issues in General, for a read-only context.
