Add Expand macro to selected text

      When you select a text in the editor and go to add the Panel macro, that text is automatically added in a panel. This is the same idea here, when we select a text and go to add the Expand macro, the text jumps to directly to the expand macro box.

      This kind of action could be applied not only to a few features, but to every feature we can, once it provides a better editing experience from the user's perspective

            Would like to also make it equally easy to remove an expand macro and have the enclosed content preserved (without having to edit source).
