Template list not populating in Create from template macro

Issue Summary

In Confluence, Create from template macro doesn't show the list of available templates in Template name drop-down field and it's empty.

Environment

Confluence cloud

Steps to Reproduce

1. In a page, insert Create from template macro
2. Click on the template list and the list will be empty(Check the screenshot Template name.png)

Expected Results

Template list should show the list of available templates.

Actual Results

Template list is empty

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available

Notes:
This is happening only on Confluence instances which have new design/layout shown when + is clicked in Confluence sidebar (attached the screenshot of the new layout shown when + is clicked in Confluence: new layout.png)
