The users cannot edit pages in space if they don't have add page permission in a space.

Suggested Solution

Users should be able to edit a page if they have edit permission on the page but don't have add page permission in the space.

Why this is important

The customer doesn't want users to add pages in the pages but he wants them to be able to edit without giving them add page permissions on space level.
As per this article, the user should have add page permission in order to be able to have edit permissions on a page.
