Summary

If the user adds an attachment/file on the page and then at a later stage decides to edit that attachment/file in Atlassian Companion, the updated file will no longer be clickable/selectable on the page. The file card will now just be an empty grey box.

Environment

Confluence Cloud with Fabric Editor

Steps to reproduce

1. Add a PowerPoint file to the page
2. Publish page
3. Preview PowerPoint file in browser
4. Edit PowerPoint file through Atlassian Companion
5. Attempt to preview file again

Expected result

• The file card is still clickable/selectable and the user can view the attachment/file.

Actual result

• The file card is now just an empty grey box and selecting/clicking it has no effect.

Workaround

• The user can still access the file by selecting the page context menu (...), selecting Attachment List and then selecting View on the file in question.
