Issue Summary

'User Profile' macro does not display user's profile picture after a page is published, only the user's name and email are displayed.

• This behavior is present only when a page is published;
• This behavior is present in the new and old editor alike;
• Previewing the page, instead of publishing it, this macro display user's profile pictures as expected.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add 'User Profile' macro to a page;
2. Preview the page - macro is displaying pictures as expected;
3. Publish page.

Expected Results

• Users profile pictures to be rendered on the published version of the page;

Actual Results

• No profile picture is rendered, only the user's name and email is displayed;

Workaround

• Simply adding a "Style" macro into the page, solves this issue. (thanks nvykunta for this workaround )
