Attaching the latest version of a file from the Attachments Page breaks the attachment name

Issue Summary'

Currently, if you attach an image on the new editor, and afterwards, upload a new version of the same file under the Attachment's File Picker, the name of the page becomes the attachment's ID.

Environment

• New Editor

Steps to Reproduce

1. Choose a file that is not rendered in the page (DOCX, and PDF works)
2. First edit a page (new editor) and drag and drop the file to the page
   • At this moment the latest version of the attachment is still the one added in the page, so it won't cause the issue
3. Now, click '... >> Attachments' to go to the attachments page
4. Upload the same file with the same name to add a new version to it
5. Once the file is uploaded, go back to the page or refresh it if you have it open in another tab

Expected Results

The attachment would be attached and its actual name is displayed.

Actual Results

You'll see the ID rather than the name

Workaround

Reupload the file from the Editor.
