Issue Summary

Attached Files are not displaying previews/thumbnails.

Environment

• Confluence new editing experience

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new page
2. Add a PDF or PPTX file as attachment
3. Publish the page

Expected Results

The file is displayed as a thumbnail

Actual Results

The file is displaying as a grey box, with the filename in it.

Notes

Word, vsd and vsdx files are also not showing thumbnails

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
