Customers unable to change Space logo or edit sidebar configuration

Steps to Reproduce

1. In a Confluence space, go to Space Settings > Sidebar Configuration
2. Click one of the toggles (Blog)

Expected Results

• Blog would disappear from the sidebar

Actual Results

Nothing happens - neither are any entries logged in the browser's console.
