Issue Summary

In the new editor, on a tables set to wide, if the columns are resized, there will be a scrollbar even if there's no content on the cells.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new page
2. Insert a 3-column table
3. Set the table to "Wide" mode by clicking two times on the Wide arrows
4. Resize the columns by making the 1st and 3rd columns narrower.
5. Publish the page

Expected Results

No scrollbar should be shown

There's a scrollbar even if there's no content on the table:

Workaround

Setting the table to "Centre" mode will remove the scrollbar, (the workaround doesn't apply when the page is already in the Full Width mode)
