Newly uninstalled apps is still available in the macro browser

Summary

When an app is uninstalled, the macros of the uninstalled app are still available in the macro browser.

Steps to replicate

1. Install Beautiful Math for Confluence
   
2. Test for old and new editors
   
3. Uninstall Beautiful Math for Confluence
   
4. Test for old and new editors and it still shows
   

Expected Behavior
Shouldn't be able to see unisntalled apps

Actual Behavior
Macros are still available

Workaround

• Refresh cache
• Login to new browser
• Use incognito mode

And the list is updated
