Resolution: Won't Fix
Description
Summary
In Confluence, when a user is removed from the application, the same will be still displayed on the restrictions and permissions that belonged to the same, but, instead of the original name/username, it will display a "Former/Unknown User" entry. This can benefit users in which will have the deleted user coming back, and also, add-on users that were removed and could be used further.
However, in situations in which a deleted user is no longer needed, or, an add-on is removed from the Cloud application, these entries can be time-consuming to be removed as the administrator would need to access each of the pages/spaces that the add-on user/former user had access in order to "clean" the current permissions.
Suggestion
To not change the whole "former user" structure and allow the same entry to be used if the user/add-on comes back, the suggestion would be to have some option tied to being able to remove all the "Former Users" entry from Confluence's administration.
