Issue Summary

Emojis aren't visible for anonymous users when accessing public pages. (Either through Anonymous Access or Public Links)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure a page to public access
2. Add emojis to the page
3. Access the page being logged out of your account / through a Public Link

Expected Results

The page should show all emojis correctly.

The page is showing a emoji name instead of the emoji itself. e.g.: :warning: instead of
