Currently due to the [Functional differences in Confluence Cloud|e.atlassian.com/confcloud/restricted-functions-in-confluence-cloud-734070955.html]

Custom CSS wasn't allowed and the customization of the Space stylesheet doesn't consistent where it get overwritten upon publishing the page. It would be beneficial if this was allowed for the user to customize the heading style in Confluence.
