      Unable to create a decision.
      It will show unable to save the page when clicking on Publish

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Click on + at the left navigation bar
      2. Click on show more
      3. Click on decision
      4. Input test data
      5. Click on publish

      Expected Results

      Able to save the page

      Actual Results

      Unable to save and get an error message
