Ability to track customer's action when linking with Service Desk

      In Confluence, in order to track specific actions, it is recommended to use the Audit logs option or add-ons that could help on analytics tracking for users. For Service Desk, the same can be accessed through the administration of the site.

      However, for specific actions like tracking downloads/uploads of attachments, there are no metrics to be seen and this could be really useful for data reports. This is a suggestion to allow Confluence/Jira Service Desk to track the download/upload of attachments and provide which user did the same.
