Status Update 2 September 2020
Hey all! Editor PM here. Just a quick update to let you know we'll shortly be rolling out the ability for you to search for pages across your entire Confluence instance, not just recently viewed.
We still don't have plans for search and insert of files stored elsewhere. If/when we do, we'll let you all know.

The Issue
After the recent changes to the Confluence Editor, when users try to insert new links in Blog Posts, they are presented with only "Recently Viewed" content, oposed to the previous experience that displayed a modal with Advanced search to get content by space, Insert Files, and edit link text.
