Issue Summary

When users are Editing Pages in Confluence, they often get an error message in the top right corner of the screen with a message that says: Can't sync with the server. Refresh the page to try to re-establish the connection.

If they click on the close button within the error message frame, the Publish button becomes grey and unusable. If they refresh the editor, they often get the same problem again. They then keep refreshing until the problem eventually goes away.

He can click on Edit and get into Edit mode. However, 2 problems occur periodically: (1) error: "can't sync with the server." and, when he X's out of that message, he is unable to edit the page even though it is in Edit mode or (2) he's able to edit the page but unable to click the Publish button. When he was experiencing this, the problem persisted for about 2 hours until he was able to successfully edit and publish the page in question.
